being really into history is cooler than being into math or science… someone who likes math and science is called a “math nerd” or a “science geek” but someone who likes history is called a “history buff” because of their strong, sensual arms
i keep seeing a post going around that encourages people to put out a water bowl for bees in their yard. Now, I understand that bees are super important for the ecosystem but I’m sorry, I’m not turning my back yard into some bee watering hole. And you know why?
Because I don’t want a bunch of fucking bees in the backyard!!!
Did you starting watching the TMNT 80’s series first?
Did you started watching the TMNT 2003 series first?
Did you started watching the TMNT 2012 series…
I got into the Turtles way back with the 80’s series. Me and my sibs were totally obsessed with it; had all the toys, played TMNT all the time—-the whole shebang. Then came the movies and then came the comics and then I just never really stopped digging it.
When 2003 came out, I was over the moon. Got hooked on that series from day one and it’s still my favorite. Then, more comics (IDW is great) and so on and so on. I guess I’ve been a total TMNT dork since the 80’s series and I just never really stopped.
i feel like such an old grump but I can’t help it.
I genuinely don’t care about any of the new people in episode VII. I also don’t care if Abrams shows pictures of the Falcon. Of course the Falcon is in the movie. Why wouldn’t it be? They are going to use every bit of nostalgia that they can get to market this movie and get people in the seats.
They will use the original trilogy actors to promote it and get the older crowd who otherwise wouldn’t have bothered to see it. They will do all this and then relegate those exact same characters into secondary and tertiary roles because God forbid we get a story about people who are no longer young and pretty.
